Samantha Leyes, a New Castle native, brings a client's ideas to life in the form of a tattoo at the Black Sword Alliance tattoo parlor on Feb. 22. Leyes is an apprentice under Sean King, who founded the parlor in 2011, and has been tattooing for two years.
"I've always drawn since I was little and I just found out that you could make money doing tattoos as an art form."
