Cowboys compete at the Indiana State fair during the World’s Toughest Rodeo. Cowboys ride bulls and horses, trying to stay on for more than eight seconds so they can win the top prize: $20,000. The World's Toughest Rodeo features special guests by the name of Whiplash and Mount, his border collie rodeo partner. Whiplash is a 28-year-old Capuchin Monkey who has been riding since he was two years old.
